All established patients:
Call 617-783-0500 and request an appointment with your regular Health Center Provider (HCP). If you are unable to recall his or her name, the receptionist will be able to assist you.
New medical patients:
Due to high demand for our services, we occasionally must resort to a waiting list which gives priority to those in our immediate service area (that is, Allston, Brighton, Waltham and Watertown). We are using a new appointment system and a new system for connecting patients with their health care provider. These new systems allow for:
- routine appointments within a day or two and no more than a week.
- an effort to be made always to schedule your appointment with your Health Center Provider (HCP)
Because of the new systems established to accommodate the above changes, availability of new patient appointments fluctuates. Please call 617-783-0500, x2028 to speak to our Community Health Worker staff, who will happily provide more information about Health Center services, the providers and whether the waiting list is in effect.
Mental Health patients:
Currently, you need to be a medical patient of the Health Center in order to receive counseling services. If you wish to receive your medical care at the Health Center and live in the areas as listed above, please call 617-783-0500, x2028.
