Donating in-kind to Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center

We are currently seeking donations for the following items to support the health center and our patients:

Exam Tables

Exercise and Fitness DVD's (new and used)

Winter clothes for men, women and children (jackets, hats, gloves, etc)

Houseware items (utensils, etc)

Baby Strollers (new and used)
